Q) Are your parts made in the USA?
A) Yes, just about all of our products are made here in the USA. We have over 50 suppliers across the country and we offer only the finest reproduction parts.
Q) Are your reproduction parts accurate or universal?
A) Our products are designed to be exact replacement parts. Our parts are year / make / model specific and the fit, feel, and look will be identical to the original part for your car.
Q) Do you offer any discounts?
A) Yes! We offer our standard volume discounts – 5% offer orders over $400 & 10% off orders over $1000. In addition we have monthly specials available only to our mailing list members. Click here to sign up now!
Q) Do you only offer rubber parts?
A) Rubber and weatherstrip related parts are our specialty but we do offer interior parts, emblems, mechanical and more for many vehicles. We offer many parts in addition to those listed on our website…if you can’t find what you need contact the RTRW staff – we may have what you need.
Q) Do you ship internationally?
A) YES! We ship worldwide using USPS & UPS. USPS is much cheaper but has size & tracking limitations. We can also ship using your account – additional processing fees will apply.
Q) What type of payments do you accept?
A) We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Pay Pal, check & domestic money order. We DO NOT accept international checks OR money orders. All check and money order payments will be held until cleared.
Q) One or more of the parts on my order are on backorder. When will I receive my order?
A) Back order items typically ship within 10 working days.
Q) What is your return policy and how do I return an item I don’t need?
A) We accept returns if you are unsatisfied for any reason with your RTRW purchase. We charge no re-stocking fees, and have no time limits for returns. Parts for return must be in re-sellable condition. Cut or modified parts cannot be returned. We recommend test fitting all parts on a clean vehicle surface prior to installing. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless we make a mistake on the order. T-shirts and other clothing related items can only be returned if they are in the original sealed package. To request a refund please give us a call.
Q) I returned an item. How long will it take to get my refund?
A) Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days from the day we receive your returned item(s).
Q) How do I search for a part by the part number on your website?
A) Click on the “order by part number” button on the left side of our home page. This feature allows you to quickly enter multiple part numbers.
Q) I don’t know the name of the part I need, how do I figure it out?

Q) Do you have a retail outlet that is open to the public?
A) Yes, we do have a retail store. Come and visit during shop hours Monday-Friday 8am-4pm Pacific Time. We recommend calling prior to check parts availability.
Q) Can I pick up my order to avoid paying for shipping costs?
A) Absolutely! We recommend calling ahead to check availability of the parts you need. Due to the unique nature of our parts everything on an order may not be in stock.
Q) Do you charge sales tax?
A) If your order is being shipped to a California address you will be charged California sales tax. Some business to business transactions may be exempt – please contact the RTRW staff for details.
Q) Do you offer a complete weatherstripping kit for my car
A) We do not offer “pre-configured” kits – instead we offer volume discounts so our customers can select any parts they need and still qualify for savings. In addition one of our parts specialists can put together a tailored estimate to suit your exact vehicle and restoration needs – from a light face lift to a frame off restoration we offer a complete solution for your rubber needs!
