Beltline Weatherstrip - Outer.  Sometimes called sweepers, fuzzies, anti-rattlers or felts, these are the horizontal strips at the base of the glass that "brush" or "sweep" the glass as it goes up and down. 

• Sold as a pair for the outers on both driver (LH) & passenger (RH) doors
• Mount on the top of the door to squeegee the door glass on the outside
